🇪🇺🌱歐盟推農業改革，號稱史上第一個農業生態計畫，承諾將計畫25%資金分配給生態計劃、納入懲罰機制......等，但遭歐洲許多環團抨擊不利歐洲小農，並對生物多樣性和氣候危機視而不見。
環團認為，生態計畫不僅金額少，還將導致3/4的農場預算流向集約化農場，還可能嚴重阻礙2030年終止生物多樣性流失等環境目標。

＃保育野鳥，也得做出 ＃反台獨、＃反中華民國 的承諾？這不是陰謀論，是前日在你我生活中上演的真實事件。
9月15日，中華民國野鳥學會（簡稱中華鳥會）於官網發布一則中英文新聞稿，遺憾地宣布遭國際鳥盟（BirdLife International）移除正式夥伴關係，起因竟是名字喬不攏。
國際鳥盟認為中華鳥會的中文名稱——「中華民國野鳥學會」可能對國際鳥盟的夥伴關係造成「經營風險」，便於原定9月19日會員代表大會舉辦前，早先一步於全球理事會中投票決議中解除夥伴關係。
【「中華鳥會不是政治推手，我們是保育組織！」】
除了更名，國際鳥盟更要求中華鳥會簽署一份「承諾不促進或倡導中華民國的合法性及台灣脫離中國獨立」的文件。中華鳥會除拒絕簽署，更聲明：「中華鳥會不是政治推手，我們是保育組織！」表示身為野鳥保育NGO組織，過去未曾就該類議題表達立場，認為簽署該文件相當不合適。
然而，國際鳥盟要求其政治表態不是頭一次！事實上，過去20年間，國際鳥盟已三度要求更改中華鳥會英文名稱，自2019年底開始要求更改中文名稱。
【政治干預保育，外交部譴責中國政府打壓】
改名字、簽文件還不夠！國際鳥盟更聲明要和台灣政府切割！
國際鳥盟表示將不參與含有台灣政府資助的任何相關活動，也不允許國際鳥盟名稱和標誌出現在有標示我國國旗、標誌、符號等任何形式的傳播媒體與文件中，明顯基於政治考量。
針對除名一事，我國外交部也於16日發言譴責，認為國際鳥盟身為全球保育組織，應堅守專業立場；卻罔顧中華鳥會的卓越貢獻，配合中方施壓，將難以取得國際社會的尊重。外交部也將正式藉由駐英國代表處表達嚴正抗議，並可配合中華野鳥學會的需要，提供各項必要協助。
9月19日，中華鳥會也於舉行會員代表大會針對遭除名一事討論後，決議將中華鳥會的英文名稱從Chinese Wild Bird Federation（CWBF）更改為 Taiwan Wild Bird Federation（TWBF），以加強本會在國際間的識別度，使其持續拓展與其他組織的網絡關係，深化全球的鳥類保育合作。
【鳥兒們不受國界區隔，保育工作將持續努力！】
政治打壓保育，對野鳥們將有什麼影響呢？
中華鳥會聲明，鳥類沒有國界區隔的概念，保育工作相當需要全球和區域性的策略經營。以亞洲為例，共有48種受脅候鳥會經由東亞-澳大拉西亞遷徙線（East Asian-Australasian Flyway）遷移，就極需來自遷徙線上不同國家、地區的重視與保護。
同時中華鳥會也提及，儘管該次解除夥伴關係令人傷痛，少了一個對外聯繫的平台，但仍會持續努力，結合國內外的夥伴們進行鳥類與全球生物多樣性的保育工作。包括如黑嘴端鳳頭燕鷗的保育研究工作、eBird Taiwan––––引領亞洲推動鳥類的公民科學運動、 臺灣新年數鳥嘉年華 NYBC Taiwan 等。
人類文明發展的路上，獵捕、開發、窗殺、農藥等都可能是野鳥面臨的生存威脅，而在國際情勢緊張的現況，又再添一樁政治打壓。
【誰是中華民國野鳥學會？】
中華鳥會自1988年成立，至今團體會員包括21個地方鳥會與生態保育團體，積極發展國內鳥類欣賞、研究與保育活動，並關注各類生態保育議題。1996年與全球性鳥類保育組織國際鳥盟簽約成為伙伴，參與國際鳥類保育工作。
【誰是國際鳥盟？】
國際鳥盟成立於1922年，為一個國際生態保育聯盟，於全球擁有多個夥伴，共同組成致力於鳥類保育的全球網絡組織。
